Needing advice for one of my puppies
I’m sorry if this isn’t allowed but I wasn’t really sure where else to ask. I originally had a female Dalmatian. Last March she got pregnant and gave birth to a healthy litter of 7 puppies. My then fiancé (now husband) and I each picked one out of the litter to keep a girl and a boy respectively. The rest we found good quality homes for. Outside of one which my brother and sister in law were going to welcome into their home before her father unexpectedly passed away and they decided it wasn’t a good time for them to welcome a third dog into their home, and so I decided to keep the third puppy (also a female). Now here is my dilemma my brother has a friend who recently had some drastic life changes and spent some time “homeless”. He recently met all 4 of my dogs and is trying to get me to let him “buy” the puppy my brother couldn’t take. I feel uncomfortable about it for numerous reasons although mainly Im worried about the puppy adjusting to living in a new home. She is between 10-11 months now and has lived her whole life with her mama and her two littermates and I’m not confident that she will thrive being separated from them after so long. My husband is entertaining the idea currently but I’m pretty much opposed to it entirely. I can’t lie and say a part of my concern is her having a stable home life and I’m not confident he can provide that either considering his prior living situation. I understand how a dog can help immensely when you are in a bad place but I also don’t want my baby girl to suffer either. I’m hoping you guys can provide me with some advice on how you would handle the situation.

Need help building a routine with my puppy while also being a mom of a 5 year old.
I have a 5 month old miniature poodle. I work from home so he’s not alone a lot, but the transition of owning a puppy has been a bit difficult. I want to make sure he’s properly exercised and getting enough mental enrichment in the morning before I have to get my daughter up and ready for school. What should the morning before work look like for a high energy dog? I’ve been struggling to find the balance between parenting and having a new puppy in our morning routine, so any help would be great.

Older dog bullying my puppy
I have a 2 year old pomapoo-minischnauzer who is an agility dog and actively attends daycare since he could. Daycare says hes the star of the show and always is nice to everyone.
Well recently him and my 7 month old jack-rat terrier have become bestfriends but i am noticing some bullying tendencies.
When they are both chewing a bone my older dog just takes it from my puppy who just sits there confused.
When we give them both a treat older dog gobbles it down then waits by the puppy to try and grab it out of his mouth.
There is no aggression its just bullying lol!
How can i stop this behavior? Is he just been too spoiled for the past 2 years?

Not bonding with dog
4 weeks after adopting a 10 month old (now 11 month old) and I’m just not bonding with this dog at all. I felt prepared for the potty training and obedience training… but didn’t expect the separation anxiety, the reactivity to my young adult son, the aversion to my younger children (3 and 6). He’s doing “fine” but I guess I’m just wondering if this is normal.
I can’t go to the bathroom without a full scale barking fit. I can’t put my kids to bed because he has a panic attack being alone also doesn’t want to be near them. My older son doesn’t want to be around because the dog just barks at him non-stop and has started lunging at him. I had expected things to be better after a month.

How to bond when it’s just biting
Hi all –
We have a puppy who is a Very Good Dog. He is a puppy, though – about 14 weeks. It’s not our first puppy ever, but he is our first puppy in about 15 years. We have him on a 2 down 1 up schedule.
The past couple days has been a nightmare. When he’s out of his crate he’s biting incessantly. He’s a golden, so I know the velociraptor meme and understand this is normal. I redirect him to toys and he dodges them to bite me. If I have to put him in his playpen he whines, jumps, and barks. If I let him outside, he whines and barks at the door. I try to run and play with him and give him attention and he just bites me.
I feel so bad because I want to love him and give him the attention he deserves, but I don’t know what to do.

I need help with a Malti-poo baby
My mom suprised us with a puppy Friday. It's our first dog and I have no idea what to do. I think the puppy is 6 or 7 weeks old. We have a crate for her, a bed and water but she doesn't like the food bowl lol. We have food but we are wetting it so it's easier to eat. She is teething at the moment.
My sister is heading to pet co in 2 hours to buy some supplies for Lunabelle. Told her to buy grooming supplies and animal safe cleaning supplies. As well as a teething toy. Any recommendations on what exactly to buy would be welcome. Thank you.
